Wow! Wednesday snuck up on me this week! I apologize for the late entry.
So this weeks rundown is:
Artichokes: 8.73lbs @ $4.99/lb
Savings: $43.56 (BTW last week I was off significantly in my savings, doh!)
Lettuce: 1.82lbs @ $1.99/lb
Savings: $3.62
Eggs: 2.58 dz @ $6.50/dz
Savings: $16.79
Total Savings: $63.97
So for the season so far we’ve harvested:
Artichokes: 34.7 lbs
Lettuce: 8.5lbs
Eggs: 614 or 51.17 dozen
And how are the Goats?
Oh, I'll be bringing them up on Saturday. LOL
