We get 8-11 eggs every day. Sometimes we have to get creative with what to do with all of them. The amount of eggs we get really doesn’t stop me from wanting more chickens though.

Slice compound butter into 1 T. chunks and freeze, originally uploaded by homegrowndotorg. We don’t get much cream so homemade butter is a distant dream. This homemade butter, however, looks amazing!
