Before I knew what I had, I sold Butters’ first doe kid. I watched her from afar mature into a beautiful doe and she earned some nice accolades. I was given the opportunity to buy her back as a 3 yo and I jumped at the chance. I have to say that when I picked her up she was even more impressive than the photos led me to believe.

She’s a short little doe but she makes up for it in power. Lots of width and depth throughout with beautiful angularity and spring of rib. She’s long and level with smoothness of blending and has that fine, long bone pattern that I expect from Tig daughters. As a 2yo FF she was appraised with V+EV 87.

She has a very well attached udder with a smoothly blended fore, high rear udder arch and nice teat placement. I would like to see larger teats, however they have open orifices making them easy to milk out. I expect with some regular hand milking they should lengthen a bit.

Puddin’ is a sweet girl that has definitely inherited her dam’s chill demeanor. She’s not as quiet as Butters but she doesn’t seem to stress too much about change. I look forward to seeing what she can do in our herd.
