This buck right here is going to get a LOT of work this fall. Not only in my herd but also with Owlhaven Farm. He has so many animals in his pedigree that I covet, so when I saw Amanda’s breeding plans I knew I needed to put down a reservation.
Al’s sire is by Sinai Thunder EX Hanukkah *B *S, a SGCH Wood Bridge Farm Peridot 3*M *D AR EEEE 91 son and out GCH Curbstone Valley Calypso 7*M 2*D VVEE 90, a GCH Algedi Farm RB Ocean Flower 6*M *D AR 2777 EEEE 92 daughter. Lots of correctness and milk behind Baroque.
Al’s dam, Flopsy, scored an 89 as a first freshener, which is as high of a score as possible for one. She’s a granddaughter of the 2015 ADGA National Champion GCH Castle Rock Flash Flood VEEE 90. Her sire has produced some really lovely daughters. He’s out of one of my all time favorite does, SGCH Castle Rock Moon Beam EEEE 92. I had used his maternal brother in my herd previously and was just thrilled with the results.
Al is the buck where you make multiple year plans for. I know who I want to cross him with. Who I want to cross his progeny with. He has so much promise and I can’t wait to see his 2023 kids.
