Hedgehog season is coming up quickly. I’m excited to start foraging for these!

I love hedgehogs; they're yummy and grow all over the place in our area (well, within a few hour's drive, anyway). They seem to like hanging out underneath the huckleberry bushes.

I've never seen ours get that big and frilly at the edges, though – beautiful!
